Lara’s Work Experience Week at Launch

Last week we had an exciting addition to the studio; work experience student Lara, who wanted to learn more about both the design industry itself, and what it’s like in a real working environment. She said “I have enjoyed it a lot and found it a very valuable and fun experience”.

As a team we put together a schedule for the week to ensure Lara got to see and understand as many different areas of the business we could fit into one week! This included brainstorming ideas for some upcoming social campaigns, shadowing the team; who were working on everything from motion to branding, researching and developing ideas for a skincare brief and of course getting involved in #TakeoutTuesday!

“Everyone has been very friendly, and I have been given good help and advice when I need it. They all have very good knowledge and understanding of graphic design, and I have been able to see their processes, which I find very interesting. I especially enjoyed watching the junior designers as they have a very creative approach which develops really good design ideas. It is a very safe and approachable atmosphere, so I feel comfortable working here. I also love the cute office dog (Bart)!
